The Panhandle Regional Planning Commission (PRPC) has joined an increasing number of Councils of Government (COG) and other groups across Texas by executing contracts to deploy an i-INFO network for the Panhandle region. The Panhandle Area Regional Information System (PARIS) Network is part of the Texas Regional Information System (TRIS) group of networks and is the fourth individual network in Texas under the banner of TRIS.
