Introducing the H1N1 Vaccination Center Management Module

Using i-INFO for Vaccination Management, agencies can manage key aspects of an efficient H1N1 or other vaccination process. i-INFO users can schedule personnel to staff vaccination centers as well as register and communicate with vaccination recipients. The system can direct vaccination recipients to nearby locations that are accepting their priority group, and allow administrators to define registration limits by time slot, priority group, and as a total for the day, based on the availability of vaccine. In addition, the agency can upload required forms or informational documents for each priority group, allowing recipients to fill out insurance or medical forms before arriving at the vaccine dispensing point.

Fort Bend County Continues HARIS Implementation

Three days of informational sessions for emergency managers and leaders from across the county and a two (2) day Quick Start Workshop created the foundation of Fort Bend County’s HARIS Project Implementation. Janette Walker, the Senior Planning Coordinator of the Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management led the Quick Start Team.
