Apex offers various levels of Help Desk support for customers to choose:
- Platinum Help Desk available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (for System Administrators and Org Managers)
- Gold - Help Desk available per your organization’s support needs (for System Administrators and Org Managers)
- Silver Help Desk available during normal business hours (8am-5pm CT)
We can provide outsourced System Administration support for applications. Initially, we provide assistance in setting up your initial configuration. Apex can continue performing your system administration for you, or you may choose to have 1-2 persons from your organization become Certified System Administrators.
