Apex offers online help accessible from within our software applications. We also offer a variety of training courses and workshops to help train and guide users. However, at times, you may need help if you cannot log into an Apex application or have additional questions. For these requests, please contact us:

User Suggestion Center

Any user is welcome to submit their suggestions or comments about any Apex developed system. We want to hear from our users to enable us to create the best system possible for our user communities. As we plan our upcoming software releases, we review user suggestions and select/prioritize enhancements based upon overall value to all users.
