Mi-Communications allows users to send daily and emergency communications, citizen alerts and other mass notices in by email, sms, text, voice, pager, data and fax.
Mi-Events Registry allows users to create and manage appointments for events, such as medical dispensing clinics, tax assistance and volunteer centers or other large groups to level the flow of attendees to match available staff.
Mi-Documents lets users check-in, check-out and manage documents, maintain versioning with multiple authors and publish documents to one or multiple web portals.
Mi-Assets function, at its core, supports the tiered sharing of resources to concurrently enhance local, regional, state and national mutual aid and donations management programs.
Mi-People allows users to manage detailed staff records for responders, volunteers and other people that are associated with their various agencies and organizations.
Mi-Profile allows every user to manage their own personal profile informationpoints of contact, education, skills, training, credentials and other important records.
Mi-Calendars allows designated users to create calendar events such as meetings, trainings and conferences; and provides the registration/tracking of activities.
Mi-Resource Maps provides users with a comprehensive view of all their agency’s resources, plus the resources that are shared with their organization from one or more agencies or networks.
The Credentialing functions are embedded within the Mi-Profile and Mi-People applications. It allows people to enter their own credentials and their agencies’ to verify the accuracy and issue ID badges.
Mi-Groups users can setup and maintain organizational and personal groups of people, and share those groups to enhance communications, resource access and inter-agency security.
The Mi-Orgs function simplifies the way in which organizational and/or agency level information is monitored, managed and maintained as current information.
The Mi-Dashboards function allows users to customize the layout of information for their login site and authorized dashboard managers can create and publish content specific to their communities of interest.
